About Us
Gorbals Recycles Project is a community led Scottish charity founded in 2004. The two main aims of the Project are to divert as much domestic waste from landfill as possible while providing high quality services and products for sale to local people.
The Project now boasts three retail outlets across the city, provides employment for ten people and supports an average of fifty training and work experience placements per year.
The Project has been supported by lottery funding over the last four years but works hard to be sustainable, all income generated through sales and services goes back in to running the business.
